• Don’t use douches, feminine
sprays, perfumed tampons,
deodorant pads, bubble bath,
or colored or perfumed
toilet paper.

• Do wipe from front to back
• Do dry off well after a shower
• Do change tampons frequently
• Do wear cotton underwear |
